Kenneth N. Smolar, Esq.

Kenneth Smolar is President of PC Law and has been responsible for sales and business development since the company’s inception. Ken is known throughout the national title industry as an expert on UPL matters, and has served as a panelist at multiple national title industry conferences and forums.

Previously, Ken practiced law at the private and government level. He served as Counsel for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He has worked in a business development and client relations capacity for several companies.

Ken received a Bacherlor of Arts from Haverford College and a Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as in the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mary Andriko, Esq.
Senior Counsel & Director of Business Development

Mary Andriko is Senior Counsel and the Director of Business Development at PC Law Associates. She is responsible for responsible for compliance and risk management of operations as well as maintaining relationships with key partners and assisting new customers and clients. Mary is versed in UPL requirements as they pertain to mortgage and lending law, as well as title claims, RESPA, and CFPB compliance. Mary previously managed title curative litigation and helped to establish PC Law Associates’ document preparation business as an industry leading compliant solution. Mary received a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University and Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, Georgia, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Kristin Marsalese, Esq.
Senior Counsel

Kristin Marsalese is Senior Counsel for PC Law Associates. She is responsible for managing the document preparation and title opinion work for PC Law as well as handling title curative work. Kristin has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate and title insurance industries. She has worked for law firms and title insurance vendor management companies focusing on underwriting and compliance. Kristin received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Vermont, Georgia, West Virginia, North Carolina and Massachusetts, the District of Columbia, New York, New Hampshire, and Maine.
