Coverage

In addition to our extensive screening and selection process, each attorney must sign a formal contract with PC Law and pass our due diligence (license verification, insurance verification and a comprehensive background check) to become a PC Law Associates attorney.

PC Law maintains a proprietary selection process that factors and scores our attorneys on five criteria: Quality, Service, Reliability, Availability, and Cost. These five factors are weighted in a proprietary manner to determine a given attorney’s score and placement in the selection process for every closing order received.

PC Law maintains the following information on all of our attorneys:

  • State Bar licensure status
  • Notary license good standing
  • Malpractice insurance status
  • Address, email, contact information updates, coverage area, services offered, closing capacity, technology capability (printer in car), etc.
  • Annual background screening including identity confirmation, criminal court search, national sex offender registry, nationwide criminal database, USA Patriot Act including Terrorist Watch List and OFAC, and motor vehicle records.
